We are a very friendly and balanced practice with three male and two female partners; Dr Carey Wolfe & Dr Frances da Cunha each being a trainer.

Both trainers have regular tutorials with the registrar.

All partners are very supportive and involved in teaching.

There are also two salaried doctors.

Many of the staff are long serving, helpful, and we all work closely together as a team. There is also an excellent working relationship with attached staff such as district nurses, midwives and health visitors, who work from our premises.

We share Vine Surgery with another partnership of two doctors, one of whom was previously one of our registrars.

We have a good working relationships and share administrative and nursing staff.

There are monthly meetings on clinical governance and critical event analysis, weekly primary health care team meetings and administrative meetings.

There are other visiting practitioners including dietitians. We also have a practice counsellor.

Partners have their own interests and we hold a wide variety of clinics.
