Reception Staff

Our current team of Receptionist and Back Office staff include:

Patricia Linham (Lead), Diane Pettitt (Lead), Jacqueline Angel, Lianne Bird, Barbara Blain, Annette Dillon, Rachel Gray, Sally Hawkins, Suzi Horan, Karen McCarthy, Margaret Moore and Joanne Power.

Our receptionists are your first point of contact with the practice. They arrange your appointments, either on the telephone or at the reception desk; and do their best to ensure that you see the doctor or nurse as quickly as possible. They try to deal with your queries or problems sympathetically and quickly.

Ann Channing and Terri Burrows are our Medical Secretaries and deals with all correspondence, including referrals to hospitals and medical reports; and manage our timetables and appointments system.

Mo Cox (Prescription and Data Manager) is responsible for all patient information entered onto the computerised medical records system, deals with repeat prescriptions, the smears recall system, sends out invitations to patients for their annual flu jab and is also the surgery's administrator for the computerised medical information system.

Domestic Assistants

Our Domestic Assistants, Gail Squire, John Goble and Teresa Cook keep the surgery clean, tidy and fresh. They are an essential part of our team: ensuring that we provide a healthy and hygienic welcome to all our patients.
